User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsI haven't bought a car from tri lakes although I am trying to get financed which is proving to be difficult because I am a first time car buyer, I spoke with paul winchester he seems very nice and honest, He has kept me updated through every stage of the process and has really been working hard at getting me the loan I need. although nothing has worked so far I feel like they have really been helpfull and honest in the process
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCar broke down Saturday night... On Tuesday we had to rent a car to get home because the dealership had still not even looked at it. Since the car was under warranty we had to take it there and they were just very unhelpful and not even concerned that we had to drive 800 miles home and then return the following weekend to pick up the car!!
