Atmosphere was nice. Singer Rebecca Dawn was good. Waitress was nice and service was Excellent.Rib meat was fallen off the bone. Sauce is a little spicey, but that's the way us guys like it. Steak special was terrific.No complaints from any of the7 of us.

Atmosphere was nice. Singer Rebecca Dawn was good. Waitress was nice and service was good. The problem was 6 of us out of 7 (customers in our group) had Ribs. We complained about the Ribs to the Waitress. Because it was all you can eat she brought more. But they were the same and we could not eat them. We were in Branson for 2 Weeks eating out 2 times a day, alternating between a Steak House one night for dinner and Rib House the other night for dinner. This being our 5th rib dinner, we already had a sampling of good Ribs. This was the worst meal we have ever had in Branson Mo in 2 years. We told the Hostess, Cathy and her response was did you send them back to get new ones -"RIBS"? We said yes but they where the same, "bad". Her response was that's not my problem everybody that comes here says that these are the best ribs they have ever had and it is probably just your taste. (6 of us had the RIBS all with the same opinion - worst we have had in Branson). Want good Ribs? Other places we had RIBS that were great and we will have them there again are Shorty Small's, Montana Mike's Steakhouse, Outback Steak and Oyster Bar and Famous Dave's. We called and complained to the Manager and was told this was the problem he has had with this Hostess and would relay it to the owner. For the money we paid for this meal (6 of them total, my son because he has a food allergy could not have RIBS lucky him) along with the bad attitude of the staff, and the poor quality of food, I would say to stay away from Charley's. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!! IF FOOD AND HOW YOU ARE TREATED ARE IMPORTANT FOR YOUR HARD EARNED DOLLARS DO NOT EAT HERE.

We just came from Branson, had lunch at Charlie's, and it was terrible!! 2 of us had the pulled pork and fries, if that is what you want to call them. It was very nasty. Lunch cost us $31.21 and was not worth it. The waitress was to busy sitting in the corner booth eating and talking to a co-worker to wait on us or see if we needed anything. We used to eat there a lot but this is the last straw Montana Mike's down the road is a lot better and will get our business from now on!!!!
