Ought To Be Shut Down: How this smoke laden fire trap stays open is beyond me. After working in the food/health sector most of my life it's amazing how some people close their eyes.
The food (which I have tried on more than one occassion) in case I was there on a bad day leaves a lot to be desired.
The service is poor the ambiance - no one who works there could spell it or probably tell you what it is - and the food is over priced even for a small town. Your best bet when traveling through Ash Grove is to do just that... Stay on Hwy 160 and keep heading either east or west. 
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsLocal Diner looks and taste the part.: The burger and fries menu has several great choices, even a kids section. Real cherry syrup for the sodas! The owner accepts cash only. Friendly service with reasonable prices. Different daily dinner specials.
