    The closer I had was very informative and thorough, her name was Peni I believe. Our closing went by without a problem, though the property itself was a complicated mess! The Title officer I spoke to was unbelievably patient with me! The closing was a wonderful experience as far as a closing goes!! Definitely call them before anyone else!
