VA MT Vernon Clinic

I'm a current veteran at this facility from time to time and out of all the VA facilities that I have been to the staff here are extremely well mannered and orderly. My team is very kind and courteous every time. They ask every question possible concerning my health and answer in layman's terms. In my opinion, they far surpass the staffs in Columbia, Mo, Fayetteville, Ark.,and Seattle, Wa.

As a veteran and a human being I have had the opportunity to visit and be a patient at three Veteran's clinics and hospitals. One clinic did all that it could to discourage any patient care. I had to go "over their head" to get reluctant care. The next gave minimal care if I would travel two hours, one way, to their main hospital.

There has been one hospital/clinic that has offered prompt and efficient care and made me aware of services of which I had no knowlege. The service has been kind, on time, with the utmost efficiency. This friendly service I found at the VA Clinic in Mount Vernon, MO. Thank you, Mount Vernon. You do Veteran's service very well, and with a smile.
