    I sent a funeral arrangement sight unseen to my daughter-in-laws father's funeral. She said it was beautiful and received many compliments. They gave me the choice I requested in the color of flowers. I would recommend them highly! Thank you for doing a lovely job for an important memory for her and her relatives.

    I am planning a wedding and wanted a consultation with Schaffitzel's Greenhouses because they have the most positive reviews of the florists in Springfield. I called tonight at 5:15 to schedule a consultation, which took about 2 minutes or less at the other florists I spoke to. Audrey answered the phone and would not take my name to schedule an appointment. She told me to call back "any other time" because she was making a flower arrangement and couldn't take the 2 minutes to check the schedule and put me in. She said "I'm sure you understand" and basically hung up on me. I will not be calling back at any other time because if the service starts off this bad, I can't assume it will get any better. What a disappointment!

    I use Schaffitzels every Valentine's Day. They do a great job. Just call in what I want, what my wife will be wearing, and the do the rest! Easy and efficient! Plus, they are very kind and customer friendly!
