User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCenter City: After fighting for a parking space, and walking 1/2 a block to the office, encountering beggars and other mooches on the nearby square, I made it into line at the office, which was tiny compared to the amount of people it was supposed to be serving. Crowded and cramped, with an overflowing (and unlabeled) info desk, and unclear signage that seriously needs placement in more prominent spots at least, this strange u-shaped office would be very difficult for a first time visitor to navigate. I strongly suggest anyone trying to get licenced in Springfield go to one of the other offices in town. It'll save you a lot of headaches.
