If you like your car and want it fixed right don't take it here. My transmission they fixed only made 30 miles before the check engine light came on. After they suppoedly fixed it -in the manwhile they put 280 miles on it-it continued to slip on the hills . I stopped in 4 times and he wasn't there even when I made the appointment to have it checked! Upon taking it there they put it on the rack and told me my powersteering was leaking --Finally I removed the pan and found no magnet and the filter tube was cracked-he now wants only $50 less than the first time. The 6 month 6000 mile warrranty is worthless as they didn't want to check for any problems. In a phone conversation with him, he admits that he didn't know what his help did. Upon questioning the absence of the magnet he told me that that wasn't needed as the chips would lay in the pan-Dam I wonder why they put them in originally? He also claimed that a broke filter would ack up sooner-now just how/why would it break under normal wear and tear? In fact the only way I can foresee that the filter pipe would break is for the transmission to be dropped without the pan on which means it had to be done before it was even re-installed. Now I had religiously changed the transmission filter every 15,000 miles since I owned this vehicle and was really suprised when it gave up, so Me dropping the pan and inspecting was not a new thing. In Short, take your car elsewhere.
