User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTerrific Customer Service: I am having trouble with my central vac and I wanted to buy a replacement belt. All of the internet companies wanted between $8.95 and $10.95 to mail a belt costing half that. I called this business and they are charging me $6.95 for the belt, tax and mailing! I was also told I could trade-in my old power head and would get a $20 credit toward the new one. The cost from them was significantly lower than any I have seen on the net. The lady I spoke to was very, very helpful - sometimes good old home town service is the best.
