I've been here a couple times and LOVE it! the food is great and yes there is a wait most the time but as long as you know that ahead of time there's no need to get grumpy and my tea was not watered down.

Everything is delicious from their sandwhichs to their amazing cakes. the price is very affordable as well. Me and my friends go at least once a month and I enjoy it everytime

The food was ok, though it was pretty crowded in there and we had to wait an hour for a table and the service was pretty slow. I probably won't be back, though I did enjoy the strawberry soup...just isn't worth the hassle of waiting so long. I would rather go to one of the other area tea rooms.
