Flower Peddler

I will never use this florist again.: I live out of town and called a week ahead of time, to have flowers delivered for a father in laws funeral. I gave them the time and date of the funeral and the name of the funeral home. We got to the funeral home and our flowers were NOT THERE.
Everyone looked at the flowers and my husband whose father had just passed, was VERY upset as our 2 bouquets were not there. Just as everyone sat down and we were about to start the memorial our 2 bouquets were brought in. The timing was absolutely terrible. No one got back up to look at them, as the memorial then started. As soon as the memorial was over we and everyone else were escorted out of the funeral room. So again, no one saw the flowers. At this time I don't even know if my husband's stepmom realized we sent 2 bouquets. I sent a letter to this florist explaining why we were upset and they never even answered my letter. I will never use this florist again. Flower orders for funerals should always be taken care of with great concern. I guess this flower shop didn't care about how or when her flowers arrived!!!!!!!! They didn't even care enough to call me and say they were sorry that their delivery came at such a bad time. I hope you take the time to read this review before you order flowers from the Flower Peddler in Branson, Missouri.
