User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsBought a loaded 07 Silverrado new from this dealership. The service department is the most incompetent I have ever experienced. Safety recall notice on this vehicle in Oct 08, it is now 1/09 still no parts available. one part warranty work needed. Part order on 10/28/08, still no part available on 1/14/09. The work that was done was so sloppy I would have thought they did it in the backyard under a tree. This is not what I expect on a $42,000 pickup. Would never buy a vehicle from these people again.
