when i went to this bbq joint the service really sucked, the prices are wayyy too high and you get a small quantity. then i went to K&M BBQ and it was AMAZING. the prices were perfect, the bbq sauce was amazing, i definately choose K&M over Hillsdale. I live down the street from it and i would still choose to go all the way to spring hill to get the best bbq ever!

I couldn't asked for a more pleasant experience. The ribs are fantastic and the service is excellent The dining experience is very unique as there is a garden you can walk through, a caboose to dine in, and history on the walls. I highly recommend HIllsdale Bank Bar-B-Q!

Absolutely one of our favorites. We like to take out of towners to this unique location and fun setting. Nothing like reading and looking at the pictures on the wall of the old bank in Hillsdale and reading about the robbery many, many years ago. The food is good....service is always pleasent....love the sweet fries, servings are big and we never leave without 3 or 4 bottles of sauce, which we take to friends who thinkg they know the best sauce..they change their minds quickly after sampling Hillsdale's HOT sauce. A great find and highly recommended to all Bar B Q fans. You'll love the place. Check to make sure they are open before going, we made that mistake one time and were soooo disappointed.
