User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHORRIBLE!!!!! We found "Black Mold" in one end right after we bought it. Then soon later found "Black Mold" in the other end. Had to call the fire department because our heater started to catch fire, then replace a tiolet, then while fixing the blacck mold issue, jack up the house to keep it from falling thanks to termites. The house we bought should never have been sold to anyone due to safety problems, The worst part is they advertise that they inspect ALL their homes. We spoke with the owner who did help with a few problems at first, about them buying back the home, or moving us to a different home. That was nothing but a joke to them. They seems very nice at first, but soon after a year of living here and you really start to see problems your on your own. Please becareful, really think about the chance you could be taking with your family. I am not saying all their homes are like this, just everyone I've talked to here has had problems. ( Only about 10 people or so.)

i have seen and read all kinds of comments with precision homes.i do have to say i am very pleased with the way my loan was treated..and all of the paper work..that goes with purchasing a home.and i have been pleased with my mobile home.i have been a home owner of both house and mobile units.and yes they are not the same...and being a homeowner on both accounts..problems do arrive.just as with all kinds of stuff in life.now back to the businessof precisoin homes the people who help to get us other people with a roof over our heads..i am here to say only this..THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE.and its a pleasure being a customer with them.

We have had a wonderful experience with Precision Homes. We needed to move into a new place fairly quick and everyone involved was extremely helpful. The previous owners had damaged the inside of the home and all of the repairs were done quickly and well. They have been respectful, helpful and caring with all our needs.

Well, my husband and I set up a time to go into Precision Homes to sign our papers to refinance our home (beleive you/me this was not a happy choice. . .). We walked in to sign our papers and they told me we had to wait because the owner was coming, when he got there he said hi with a big smile asked how I was doing, told me he would be with me in a minute. A few minutes later he asked me to come into the office, he then bombarded me with a copy of my review (shown above), and began to just tried to make me feel complete shame for what I wrote. I felt as though I was put in a interrogation room and ripped a new one for writing my oppinion to warn others, there is much more to this story but not enough room to write it. I am shocked that a person would do something like that, let alone to any person but to someone with no warning that is 6 weeks away from giving birth to their seventh child. Then to say we did not give him the opportunity to fix any problems we mentioned above. That is complete B.S.!!!!! I called about us having termites (which we told them about over 2 yrs. ago) and asked to have the owner call me, the girl told me the owner helped us before when he didn't have to, so she'll call and see if he wants to contact us then told me to have a good day and hung up. He then offered my husband to pay for and exterminator after I informed him we were already talking to terminex and would prefer to deal with these things ourselves. I do not trust anyone he suggests or employes for that matter, ( the guy that put the molding up in our bdrm. put it on upside down and told us personally he hadn't really worked with molding before so he didn't know what he was doing). One of the girls that worked there informed my husband as he was leaving the person that postes these can delete them. . . so you make your own decision on that one. I want to know was I the only person he (the owner) verbaly bombarded for using the right to inform others, or has he found each person on this sight that wrote a bad reveiw and ripped them as well? I by all means am not saying " This is the worst company in the world no one buy from them" I am just saying "be careful!!!!!" I am trying to inform others of the experience we had with this company and their product. So others can make more informed decisions.
By the way it's kind of "funny" how they've had bad reviews in the last few years, (not one good one since 2006, see below) and all of the sudden in one day they get three GREAT reviews one right after the other?????
Lindsey, GOOD FOR YOU! This is what people are supposed to do, help one another. UNITED we stand DIVIDED we fall. I think the Conestoga / Precision Homes community has been divided for to long by use of the tactics that you describe above. So sorry he ripped you. Keep on keeping on!
