    Not all they are cracked up to be!: Well, I would have to disagree with the previous 5 star rating. We have purchased two cars from Phalens in the past and I can definitely say we will never do business with them again. While we were happy with the deals we received on our vehicles the quality of repairs was below par. You not only have to be able to sell cars but you need to be able to service them. On one vehicle (2000 GMC Jimmy) we had it in for a front end problem 3 times. On each occasion we were told that it was fixed. After the 3rd failed attempt, we took it to a local shop. One day there, problem found! And fixed.

    Sorry, I'll shop elsewhere in the future.
