User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGreat Customer Service. My daughter was at the University, participating in the Music Program this weekend. Quite an honor. She discovered she forgot her medicine at her Dad's. I got online and found the Walgreens phone number on W. 23rd St. Called them and asked if they were located close to the University, and they were. Explained to them the situation and asked if they could fill a prescription if her doctor from Rock Port, MO called it in to them, and if they would accept payment by credit card over the phone. Also her high shool band instuctor would have to pick it up. I could not have had friendlier service anywhere! They were very helpful. My daughter texted me and said today went alot better! This prescription was filled as soon as the doctor phoned it in. This made all the difference in her experience at the University! And also relieved a very concerned Mom! I thank each and every one of you! Thank you Walgreens for employing such caring people!

Great customer service! Remember people, you are responsible for taking charge of your own health. If you are concerned with a script not being ready then address your concern yourself. Don't wait for other people to do it for you. CVS is awful compared to Walgreens as far as not having scripts ready when promised.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPharmacy dept: Had a script in, they had a computer call and tell us our med is delayed. I called back 4 days later to see what was going on, they still didn't have the med in AND had not called us. I know their other location does carry this med, they could have had the med the next day from their other location. Won't be using this place again.
