User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI would reccomend G&W Properties. They are first class, and we received a nice place for a reasonable amount. If anyone says that their places are bad, I would say they are very mistaken, and assumed that they could do what they want. Larry Day was helpful in finding a place, once we looked at their list of properties. We then scheduled an appointment to meet hime there and he was prompt. The two places we looked at were clean, and the one that needed fixing we chose, which they have are working on as I write this. He apoligized to my Mom and I for the state of the walls, which he was making sure that it would be repainted. Larry gave us names of places to buy appliances, which turned out fantastic. So whoever badmouths G & W, they are very wrong, from someone who had just moved into the area.
The Lease explained the do' & don't explicitly, so there was no misunderstanding on what your responsibilities were, and what there obligations were.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsPlease do not rent from GW Properties, as a young tenant they took advantage of my husband and I. I do not recommend that anyone rent from them. They are damn near slum lords!

I doubt they took advantage of you. The lease explicitly gives you the do's & don'ts. You should have read the lease better, if you did not, they that is not their fault.
