Picked my SUV up after it spent 14 days there and I had $600 worth of work done and it had greasy handprints all over the drivers door, steering wheel and shift lever...they could have at least cleaned up their own mess, Firestone does!

Very Rude behaviour from overall staff, specially from Manager. Ones they sales car they feel they have done their job. No after sales service at this dealership, even they humiliate you if you ask them valid question for which they are responsible for. I can't think of any worst treatment with their customer which they offered me.

Bought a car from Olathe Toyota as certified. Have had it less then 60 days. Toyota rules are that no more than three panels should have been painted and paint can not show swirls for it to be sold as Toyota Certified. Discovered that car had 6 out of the nine painted and badly, swirls are visible, plus other obvious imperfections. Took car to independent auto body and discovered that car will take $3500 to $4000 to repair paint job and they confirmed that 6 panels were painted. Had car appraised and discovered the the car is now worth nothing to get rid of. Service issues were never fixed when these issues were "fixed" according to them the problems got far worse. Spoke with Olathe Toyota GM and was told nothing could be done except to trade me into another car. Do you think I would trust them again or that I would want to do business with them again - NO WAY! Do not buy a car from Olathe Toyota!
