| About: | Bichelmeyers have been in the meat business for over 50 years. Our steaks are hand cut daily on site by Matt Bichelmeyer a butcher for years. The restaurant is located in a historical building, over 100yrs old with original tin ceilings, and the magnificent 100 old year bar from the old spaghetti factory downtown. Baby grand with live music every Friday 7pm to 10pm, live jazz on sat. Pm. The steaks melt in your mouth, we are big on taste, service and atmosphere, with small town appeal, our customer base is mostly word of mouth, growing in bounds by happy prior guests. User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBest Steak and Prime Rib we have ever eaten!: We really recommend this restaurant. My wife and I travel quite alot and dine out quite often. We have to say this is one of our favorite places to dine, and we have been around when it comes to Steakhouses. The food is fantastic, the staff is friendly and service is fast, and did I mention the prices can't be beat! Want a good Steak- Bichelmeyer's knows Beef!
We returned due to the great time we had last time and was pleased to find they are consistent on the quality and service, which means alot in this current economy!-

I absolutely recommend this place to everyone. I drove an hour to check this place out that a friend recommended. I had the best steak I have ever had there. The server (Tiffany) was fun,outgoing, and made my expeirence amazing. It was very clean and everyone was very nice. Thank You, Bichelmeyers for the great food and wonderful service I will be back as often as I can.

Tender, juicy steaks, the best we have eaten in a long time, We drive from Olathe, and it is well worth it, we can now get off on 24-40 (the construction is over!) yeah, also heard sometime soon I think around November 09, there will be an exit off of 1-70 right after Bonner Springs into Tonganoxie, that will be super! Great place to go if you love a good cut of beef! We love Bichelmeyers!
