User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsUnfortunately the Stilwell Smokehouse is closed. After a fire a year or so ago it closed and has never re-opened. It was very good at one time.
I had visited with the original owner and he said that he is going to open up another restaurant in the are of I435 and Roe. Brobecks
BBQ is open at 4615 Indian Creek PW (901-9700)in Overland Park KS. 106t and Roe on the east side. It is very good, give them a try!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsStilwell Smokehouse... Gotta getcha some!: Being a fan of BBQ and since the Stilwell Smokehouse is right around the corner, we carryout frequently from there! The babyback ribs are so tender and the meat is always pulling away from the bone. The BBQ Beans are delicious and just the right consistency! The pulled-pork sandwich can't be beat!
We don't dine in so I can't say how the service for dine-in is, but the carryout service is always great!
