The last time we ate there my wife pulled a hair out of her sandwich.
This is the only time we have ever had a problem.
I would suggest hair covering and plastic gloves when handling food.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsAwesome taste, and a brand new building and expanded parking have made a good place for BBQ even better! Service is friendly and fast, and the portions are just a little bit more than you expect so you're full and happy every time.

K & M is a great place to eat or take your family. It is the best BBQ in Kansas City and worth the extra drive to Spring Hill. Best BBQ for the money!

k&m is excellent. you are going to have that happen once in a while no matter where you eat.so dont let this comment scare you away.ive never had poor quality food there ever!!
