User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe service was GREAT and the restraunt was GREAT! Our favorite part however was the WATER SLIDES!! SOOOO MUCH FUN! ESPECIALLY for familys their rooms as an average sleep 6!We loved the Kids room! Sooo great!! My 2 kids, Ashley and Ashton were soo exited! The only sad part was when we left!!
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe just got back. We had a great time. The rides are fun. I saw a comment about certain ages and rides and that was not my impression at all. The largest slides primarily had adults and older teenagers and they were very fun (speaking as a middle aged man). The breakfast buffet was fine and about what you would expect. Check in was quick and friendly. Room was good as well, we had the kids cabin and we liked it. It was a very good visit.

This was a huge letdown. It was to be a highlight of our short spring break getaway. The price of the room was $100 more than their usual nightly rate due to spring break and basketball tournament in town. We thought it would be worth it. The wait to check in was ridiculous. There was a huge line. And then when we were all through with the paperwork, they told us our room would not be ready for another 2 to 3 hours!! When finally in the room, it was large and charming, but nothing spectacular. The waterpark is geared mainly towards younger children, which I was not aware of when I made reservation. Staff was polite, but not overly helpful or friendly. Resturaunt and lounge were also disappointing. We were told the only option for dinner was buffet (yuck) or we could order off the bar menu, but had to take it to our room! (Weird!!) We went to a different resturaunt down the road.
Our family has stayed at many upscale and nice resort type hotels and this was the worst experience we've ever had.
If you have older children or teenagers or want to have some adult type fun along with the kids having fun, don't stay at this place. It's not worth the money!!
