Olathe Dodge Chrysler Jeep

Took my wifes jeep in for a couple of items. Had a cracked manifold, a service light that would occasionally come on and turn off, and a hood prop that wouldn't support the hood anymore. We have the 100,000 mile warranty from chrysler and it was well worth the money. Olathe Dodge repaired everything in a timely fashion, and they lined us up with a rental car that was covered by our warranty. The people in the enterprise rent a car office were also extremely helpful and friendly. This is the second time that I used Olathe Dodge service department and I would recommend them.

What a nightmare I just bought a truck on the 12th of sep.After getting approved on the finance end and taking home my new truck I couldnt be happier.Well all that changed the next day when Don latimer called and said financing fell through and I needed to return and sign a new contract.Being backed in a corner,I went and signed.The next day after much thought I called and asked to speak with the new car sales manager.After speaking with Chris Bell he told me that he did not want a unhappy customer and told me to come back on Monday the 19th.He stated that him and the finance manager would sit down and help me out ,perhaps a new contract ,anything to make me happy.What a joke!!!When I went and asked for Chris Bell The finance guy Hugh yusis(real piece of work) took me to his office and did not change jack ,the only thing I was able to do was cancel the service contract.I would not deal with this company ever again and will tell ALL I know what a nightmare they are.I will be in contact with the ks. attorney general with the info needed.At a bare minimum there is some serious ethics issues with this company.Seriously outraged at the shady practice of this business!!!

I just purchased a 2008 Dodge Caliber. Took forever to get the title from them. When I finally got it after threatning to deliver it back to them, the car was not inspected in the State of Kansas. I left 3 voice mail messages to their managers and the title manager Cindy. Finally once again when I said I would bring the car back I spoke to a rude woman named Cindy. She so frankly told me the do not inspect their vehicles out of state never had and could not. That was up to me. I am filing a report with BBB and leaving every negative review I can about this dealership! Do not buy from them. They will tell you everything and do everything till you sign the dotted line and they got your money. Then their gone!RUn while you can to somewhere else!
