i delivered my 1st child there and had to go there several times before the delivery and only had 1 nurse that i had a problem with. she had no idea how to put an iv in and was not friendly at all. the rest of the time, was wonderful. everyone was great to me, my husband, our baby (especially when he was in nicu the 1st night) and our family. i was in the hospital for about 4 days and they took excellent care of me. if we decide to have more, i will definitely consider delivering there again.

I delivered three children at this hospital and each time I experienced substandard care. The final straw was my last delivery, when I told the nurse I had to push and she blew me off, saying I was just feeling the pressure of the baby. I actually was pushing with no one but my husband in the room! It took him several times paging the nurses to get anyone to come in. We came to find out that the nurse didn't even contact my doctor when she said she did, and so he missed the delivery, causing us great distress and financial expense. My postpartum experiences the first two times were fine. However, with my last child, no one even checked in on me. The facilities there are modern and nice, but the labor and delivery nursing staff (with the exclusion of 2 nurses) leave a lot to be desired. I am currently pregnant again and will be delivering elsewhere.
