Like almost every IHop that I've visited this was no exception. It's hard to focus on the food when you look up and see a large cockroach crawling on the wall. This is probably caused by a lack of attention to cleaning at night. The floors were sticky, felt as if the last few customers had spilt maple syrup. Probably was a build up caused by improper cleaning.
Eaters beware!
