User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsThe previous review left on this bank is unfortunate. I can see the person that wrote it has only left negative reviews and that probably reveals a little something about that person. Take their review with a few grains of salt.
Landmark National Bank is an excellent local bank that provides top notch customer service. I encourage you to visit a location nearest you and check out Landmark for yourself as you will not be disappointed.
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsSubstandard: Every aspect of the service(s) offered by this bank are marginal at best. A simple change of address practically became a career move and getting a correction made to an error on a statement took four months. On more than one occaision a teller made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her and new ATM Cards had to be exchanged twice before getting ones that worked. Even the link to the bank's web site goes to an internet magazine web page about credit cards with no mention of Landmark Bank...flaky operation. If you have another choice to do your banking, TAKE IT !!!
