User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsIf you are looking for RUDE with a side you are in luck. I asked for a slice of tomato for my sandwich that didn't have a huge black core in the middle and the lady slammed it down, and put on the person's sandwich behind me. She then left the toothpick in the middle as a little surprise when I took a big bite of it. Considering they charge the same or more as Panera, you would think they would have customer service at the forefront of their minds. Although I've been going for the last three years at least once a week, I've had it! I'll never go back!
