User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI call in to get an order of pizza's to go and was put on hold and left for 10 minutes and then hung up on. Called back and explained I was upset and person I talked did apoligize and took order. When I explained my son was coming to pick up but only had credit card she stated it was of if he signed the receipt with my name(What). I was not ok with that and went with him to get them. Sure enough the were going to let him take care of this as they want the money and could not care about who's card it is. I stopped the transaction and asked for the manager. The guy told me he was assitant manager and wanted to know if this was standard procedure to not get proof of ID. He stated no and I explained it was my card and then went on with paying and never asked me for ID. He inquired who I talked to and then told me he would talk to her and gave me her name. After paying I explained he needed to be trained also as he didn't require ID either. Well it got worse when I got the Taco pizza's home They had black lettuce on them. Had to pick the lettuce off to eat them. Went to the web site and put in a complaint and has been weeks now and no one ever answered this complaint. Will never deal with this store again. They ar more intersted in the money than proper procedures and quality.
