He was very passionate about his work. The siding looked great afterwards. Only problem I had is that he added extra fees toward the end, AFTER we agreed on a price and the agreement was on the contract. He added on fees for extra material I didn't know about. He had me buy things from the store saying he would put them on the house for me such as windows wells, etc. Never saying that it would cost me more for him to do that after he suggested that I needed it. He just seemed like he was being nice and just wanted to throw things on for me if I went and bought them. His contract also states that he will not ask for the money until the house was completed. Well he asked for a percentage of the money twice before the house was finished. He also said he couldn't do anything about the $1,500 tax credit that he said I would get when I first signed the contract. Saying there was no way he could do it because of something.
