Have been going to The Last Tangle for several years. Service has always been outstanding, the pricing is reasonable. Abby H. understands hair like no one I have ever known and she takes the time to listen to what I want each and every time...I change my mind often! If I've had to wait (it happens every once in a while), I've always been offered a complimentary drink and, on at least one occasion, was given a complimentary hand and wrist massage. I always leave feeling like I look like a million!

I went there based on the reviews I read. I had a very subpar experience. I think a lot of these reviews must be written by employees, friends, or family. The pricing on the web is not current, the service was slow, and the result was overpriced and disappointing. Try a different salon.
