Truly a great place to go to. Especially the food.
I absolutly love this place the servers are professional, the shows are the best, and if your husband is not into theatre take him along anyway, because when he tastes the food, at least at this place, he will fall in love with theatre!!

Having reserved our table, #607 back in 1991, even before construction began on the wonderful NEW THEATER, last night, âAll Shook Up,â completed show #79 and as well as a 16 year stretch of magnificent performances.
For the past 16 years, we also have been season ticket holders at Star Light and for many years, season ticker holders at the Quality Hills Playhouse. But I must confess, the New Theater has always been by far, our favorite! Never have we witnessed a show where our preacher and his family might be offended.
If I had to name a kitchen favorite, it would either be the magnificent, garlic mashers or your consistently tender and tasty, marinated grilled flank steak! I put these delectable delights right up there with my 3 show favorites; the outstanding Don Knots performances of, Norman, Is That You? From 2/7/2001 - 4/15/2001, then On Golden Pond from 2/11/1999 - 4/18/1999, and finally his very last performance, On Golden Pond 9/3/2003 - 11/9/2003.
With all the letters I have written to new and some not so new, fine dining establishments, in and around the Kansas City area, I humbly apologize! For it has taken me 16 years to get around to sending you folks a formal thank you!
Waiting for us to arrive at table 607, for years we have enjoyed the gracious welcome by personal name cards with the servers name included. And one of your pleasant and accommodating, well-trained wait-staff, has always greeted us and promptly and taken our drink orders. The folded, then refolded linen napkins is a pretty classy act too. But since we seldom have the same team, nothing spectacular has ever occurred to deserve a personal letter, that is until last night. What a blessing and a pleasure to have smiling and pleasant Charolette Goff serve us! Since our table is a 2-top, it is always a stretch to reach for our water pitcher, glasses and bread plates. When Charlotte greeted us, I didnât notice, very professionally, she pushed the water pitcher, glasses, bread plate and salt and pepper shakers within hands-reach. My wife and I was very impressed with how smooth she preformed this almost unseen, art of magic! All through the evening, Charlotte went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Without asking, during intermission, and with our desert, she even brought us a fresh pot of coffee. Charoletteâs can-do attitude was a very pleasant way to finish off another great evening at the New Theater!
Please give our gracious thanks to Charlotte and all your wait and kitchen staff. And I hope you never compromise quality for quantity.
A loyal and truly satisfied and pleased customer,
