I won't use them again. I bought a used trailblazer from Ed Bozarth. It came with broken rear defrost, and the idler pulley was bad. Which would be just my problem but I asked about the noise the pulley was making (it was fairly quiet at the time) they said the mechanics said it was normal. 30 days later it was bad. Which still wouldn't of kept me from using them again. Mostly the dings were oversights and I did buy a used vehicle.

What bothered me, is during the close... I excused myself to use the restroom and when I went back to the room the finance guy was thumbing through the bank envelope in my stuff and actually acted like I was a POS because I wasn't giving him all the money in the envelope... forget that... How much disrespect does it take to actually go through the envelope? It isn't any different than picking through someone's wallet is it?

This is a great dealership! My BBA class at Baker had a Marketing project to do and my group chose the Saturn VUE Hybrid (great little SUV, by the way!). The great staff at Bozarth provided us with very informative brochures and let us demo a VUE for our class presentation. Jonathan is the manager we worked with and Craig is the salesman. If you need a vehicle, check these guys out!
