Fantastic place!
Great food!
Some of the best i have ever had!
My husband and I went to this restaurant after seeing it featured on "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives" on the FoodNetwork channel. We even spent a couple of nights in the Little Brick Inn above the restaurant. Talk about GREAT FOOD! The apple and bacon stuffed salmon, the avocado and pepperoni glazed steak and, of course, the fabulous fried potato salad were all amazing. The prices were VERY reasonable for the portions served (unlike what some other posts state). Will definitely recommend this to friends and will also be going back again!!
Good Food, but too high priced: Their food is good, I have to admit, but only problem is in the lil town of Baxter Springs (where I also preside), you can drive into and out of the town in less than 5 mins. Most of the town is hard working people and it is a bit much for people to pay, maybe in KC or Wichita the prices would be suitable, but not for a town this size, their food is good, but you can drive to Joplin Mo. and get food as good cheaper plus also have the money left to burn for gas there and back compared to the price of a family of 4 to eat in Cafe on the Route
