Glory Days Pizza

I love glory days pizza but i have to tell you that the customer service is not so great over the phone. Every time I call in and place a to go order I receive poor customer service. And surprisingly enough its from the managers (Kelly). She is very rude and I cant believe that they even have her on payroll. I just called in a order a few mintues ago and as I was placing my order with Kelly, my phone was beeping and I asked her politely to please hold while I took the call on my other line. I placed Kelly on hold maybe 3 times and when i got back on the line with Kelly she rudely said "DONT PLACE ME ON HOLD AGAIN!!!!" I was so shocked. I said why would you be so mean and rude to a customer. I asked for her name and she woulnt tell me at first and she proceeded to say why do you want my name and I said I would like to speak to your manager and she said I am a manager. Then I said will there be another manager on duty tommorow and she said yes, so I will be calling tommorow to make a complaint about Kelly the manager at 29th and Wanamaker and her poor customer service. They really dont need a person like her representing there wonderful company. I still love Glory days pizza, dispite the rude and poor customer service I received from customer service. :)

Best Pizza in Topeka!: Try it out if you haven't. I'm hooked. The pizza's great and they have some great sandwiches, too. They have this mix of herbs they sprinkle on top of the pizza before it goes in the oven that makes it extra yummy! Good cookies at the counter, too.
