    I once lived in Chase apartments when I was a freshman in college and not only do they lie all the time, they are truely a business and only care to make their money off of you. When we did our walk through with them before we got keys to the apartment we would point things out and they did write it down saying it was not important then when we left they charged us for all the things we pointed out but since they were not on the list from our fist walk through with them we had to pay and we didn't get out depostit back. This is coming from two girls that were OCD and had to have every part of our place clean......they even asked us if they could show our apartment to potential buyers so its not like we were slobs. BE CAREFUL THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!
