Service: We had been looking for a van, and called to Ft. Scott from Humboldt to see if they had the Make of vehicle we were looking for. The person put us on hold for quite a while and then came back and told us that they could help us. We drove all the way to Ft. Scott to have them tell us that they did not have a Dodge product, but they had another van we would be interested in. Wrong. They kept trying to sell us a different make and we just kept telling them that we specifically called and they told us that they could help us with a Dodge. So it was a total wasted trip---to bad they did not pay for our gas!!!!
