I was not to happy to find out that I was shorted 20.00 atfer the weiter left the table. I paid with a 50.00 and my bill was only 25.71 and i only got back 4.00. That makes me to never eat their agin.

Every time I go to this restaurant, I leave angry. Once i waited an hour for a waitress (keep in mind this was around 3 in the afternoon, and the place was empty). The seems pretty common....you will wait forever trying to get service. Also, the food is often not cooked well. It's hit and miss....sometimes the steaks are good, sometimes they are like hockey pucks. I refuse to go there anymore

Horrible service: We came to this Applebee's during a family reunion. We had 3 big booths filled with people. 2 out of the 3 booths were served before us, which was ironic since we were the first to order. 20 - 30 minutes after everyone else was served, we FINALLY got our food with no explanation why it took so long. One order was wrong, but we didn't want to wait another 20 minutes or so to get it correct, and we had to wait a few more minutes to get the last plate. With us at the table was a mother and her two kids, 2 and 4. The entire time she had to get up and walk with them since they were getting so impatient. I had to ask for a free desert for the wait. Nothing was offered to us for the wait. By the time we got our food, the rest of the party was finished.

We then came here again with a smaller family on Saturday July 28th, 2007. We came in around 10pm and the service was again horrible. Not once did our waitress come to give us refills. Our food was late, our waitress forgot time and time again for things we requested, like bread, silver wear and re-fills. The penne pasta that my brother-in-law ordered was so greasy. When you tipped the plate a little, all you could see was grease. He's a chef and knows how it is supposed to be cooked. We had to end up going to Sonic for dinner.

If we ever come back to Kansas, we will NEVER go there again and I will tell everyone who plans to go there - not to go there.
The most horrible service that I have ever received!
