User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will NEVER take another item to these cleaners again! I have had problem after problem with them not fullfilling their promises. When I asked for things to be done the way they said it would be done, I was made to feel like I was asking SO much of them. I was lied to and disrespected when I asked for a refund. They were unwilling to satisfy the customer. I've talked to others who have had issues with them not being able to get stains out while other dry cleaners could. I would recommend you NOT take the chance with Dry Clean City and don't waste your money...cause if you're unsatisfied with the work done you WON'T be given a refund.
