Their food is generally crappy at the Baxter Springs KFC/TACO BELL it's easier to drive to miami Ok. or Joplin Mo. if you want EDIBLE food and to those travelers who come upon this on yahoo and may travel through our town on a route 66 tour and have a craving for KFC OR TACO BELL go to a DIFFERENT town to eat cause this place is DISGUSTING!!!!

I live in this town of Baxter Springs for 4 years now. I love the town. I have went to this taco Bell for the last 3 trips now and Every time my order was messed up. I call them and they say well come back and we will make it right. Well I am already home and I have a baby that I need to feed and put to bed because it is usually late when I make it home and I want to swing in there and get something fast. Well this last trip I did that very thing, it was late and I pulled in there and ask the lady very slowly and nicely can I please have this this and this. Ok Ok? No not what I ordered at all and then she proceeds to tell me that she doesn't know how to make change and that I was lucky cause she has to do was look at the screen and it would tell her. And this is our future? Anyway with Taco Bell I will not go back, Why should I they wond give me what I want. I rate this tacobell very poorly.
