User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsChili's is my husband and I's personal favorite. We have always received decent to great service. The food is good and they have great chips, salsa and queso! This is honestly the only restaurant in Manhattan that I've been too regularly and not had any bad experiences with.

My wife and I had Easter lunch after church today.
Great Service from a KSU student named Jessie, fast and friendly service. We had the luncheon special which is all the chips and salsa, soup, and salad you can eat for $6.00. I had the chicken tortilla soup and it was good but 'different'. Chips and salsa are a must option and go for $2.59. My mango flavored tea was good too and a replacement glass was on the desk before I was 1/3 done with the first glass.
Currently, everday except Saturday is happy hour and the beer/wine prices looked to be very reasonable. 
User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsNever Again!: I have been to Chili's three times in my life, the first time was awful and REALLY SLOW service! I complained and the manager gave us coupons for a next visit. Next visit was also pretty slow and I said I would not go again. Last time I went was because of a going away party for a co-worker who picked the place so I had no choice. This was another hour long wait from the time we sat down until we actually had food in front of us. We got our appetizers about three minutes before we were served our entrees. We only had six people at the most in any of our partys. I will not go back here if it is my choice!
