BREACH OF CONTRACT! Purchased and paid for brand new car from Lubbers (which was to be transferred from another dealer). 2 days before delivery, they called to say that my car had been sold to someone else even though they had told the other dealer. They said there was nothing they could do, and did not nothing to try to fix the situation. Even getting my money was difficult: I had to ask three times: it took 5 days as they claim they sent it to the wrong address. Be careful.

Maybe ok for buying a car. If you go there ask for Jack Thomas. I wold definately trust him to work for you and not completely for the commission. I don't trust the service department at all. We don't deal with them anymore though so things may have changed. Just keep an eye on them.

They lost all my personal belongings out of my trade in car after I had to go in for breast cancer surgery. They told me they would hold my belongings and tag in a box until I got out of the hospital and to not worry about anything. When I got out and was able to go into Cheney to pickup my belongings I was told it was 'all lost' and they kept passing the buck to next person saying that (whoever) was responsible. I am sick of waiting to be re-embersed and of their 'passing the buck'. I WILL NEVER do business with them again and I will let everyone I know to NOT go there either!!!!!!
