El Charro is the best Mexican food besides homemade from Mami's kitchen... their rice is the best rice I have ever tasted from a restaurant!! If I am honest as possible, I don't like how the waiters rush you for an order! I like to sit and enjoy my food and company, but they are always too pushy!! Also, I LOVE... LOVE... LOVE their Fried Ice Cream, which, you can usually only get if you order carry-out because if you ask for it in the restaurant, they will tell you that they are out!!
All together: Foood *****: Service ***: Cleanliness **** (lost a star for bathroom): Price *****: Atmosphere *****!! Great Place to Eat in Pittsburg!!

I like El Charo because the food is always good, and the servers are always quick and efficiant. They are always kind, and if your drink runs out, the waitor picks it up, fills it, and brings it back before you know it. I have never had a problem eating there, and I have a very touchy stomach, so if even the slightest thing is made incorrectly, it makes me sick. I have never gotten sick from the food at El Charo.

Cons:
Slow Service
Got Very pink ground beef in a beef dish
Knew someone else who got cold raw chicken in their Chicken Taco Salad.
Will not eat there again

Pros:
Good Hot Salsa (If you ask for it)
