    Ethel is very polite and accomodating: The only problem I have had is the coupon's I have received, are gone at the store before I am ever able to use them. Brahm's should be able to accomodate all as this. Arkansas City, KS is a very small town and Brahm's is a very big organization. I tried once more and all cards gone and I just received them the same day delivered in the mail. Brahm's does not consider this, but will keep trying.
