When it opened up I figured I would try it since service was so crappy at the old place. Well, crappy service followed. There 45 minutes, still order wasnât brought out. Said something to the 12 year old waitress and she said she would check on it (which means she would place my order). 15 minutes later she came back with my order but not my wifeâs, didnât touch mine and waited 10 more minutes. When the waitress came by again I told her I wanted my check NOW. She brought it over in about 5 minutes and said my wifeâs order wasnât on it. I paid for my 2 cokes and left no tip. I HATE bad service. If it wasnât my wifeâs B-day I would have made a big seen. Lucky them. Will never ever go back. Screw me once shame on you, screw me twice shame on me. Wonât get to screw me twice. DO NOT RECOMEND!!!

I decided to try it all though I have been a customer at Gambino"s for years something new what the heck,It was ok but the the service was horrible it took an hour to get my food and then my order was wrong and i decided to give it a second chance and the same thing happened so Gambinos definately has my buisness back so hang in there gambinos of Ark City you will win in the end ,and by the way you have excellent food and service.
