User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsYUMMY! We live in a large city with too many Mexican places to choose from and an abundance of bad ones. When we were told to try Del Rio while on a road trip, we were definitely nervous. It was fabulous. Great prices, no wait (of course it was 2:30), amazing salsa, awesome queso, wonderful textures and flavors. Our party of six all said we'd make the 3 hour trip just to eat there again. TWO THUMBS WAY UP!
The kids wouldn't believe that was a mall that Del Rio was in though. Hehe.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsCafe Del Rio is my favorite place to eat....great salsa, and I like almost everything on their menu...I have NEVER been disapointed, we live about 45 minutes away and it is worth the drive everytime..my husband is not a huge fan of mexican food anywhere so when we go he gets the del rio burger and says it is wonderful!!!! I almost always get chips and salsa to go, so that I can enjoy some the next day...I can't say enough good things about the place!!!

A wonderful place to eat, waiting staff wonderful and kind. My family and friends eat there at least 3 times a week and prefer the choices there then at other mexican resteraunts. Salsa is great and queso is the best. There is no place better!!!!!!

do you know their queso recipe? how about their sweet spoon bread? that's what i really enjoy. my favorite dish is their chili burrito covered in queso, grabbing each bite with a bit of the sweet spoon bread . . . AMAZING!
