   This place is horrible! My apartment was so close to the tracks that the whole building would shake! you can hear everything through the walls! When we moved out my roommates totally cleaned the place but we didn't get a cent of our deposit back. They charged us for cleaning. Our balance somehow came exactly to Zero. Its just like living in the dorms.

   This place is horrible to live in. There is always trash outside and we suppose to have parking permits. Are you kidding me I pay to live here. I dont want to put a thing in my window saying you can't tow my car. If you hated living in the dorms you will hate living here. My guests have to park out in the street. This place is retarded.

   I was very disappointed with this place. its very nice and they do get things fix asap. But I would not recommend this place if you are a light sleeper. The trains are really loud you can feel the vibrations. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations all around you. I lived on the top floor in the corner. The people from below can be heard talking and beside. The apartment only has cable in the living room. the lights are two feet in the room. there are many little inconvinces, these apartments were cheaply built. there was a promise of a pool house...yeah that was a bunch of lies.
