I've been to Funtastics three times for my daughters bday parties and once for a friends kid. Every time has been wonderful and enjoyable. I love the fact the 'owner' or other staff people are not there, it gives you more freedom to have the party the way you want it. Plus theres no stupid kid employees breathing down your neck like at pump it up.

All the people complaining about, 'well what if a kid gets hurt'. That isnt the owners problem or fault, him being there wont prevent an accident from happening! You pay the money to rent the place for an hour and a half, so its on you if something happens, which means watch your own damn children and quit trying to blame everyone else for things that would otherwise be an accident!

Funtastics always has business so they must be doing something right. I've never had any problem with them overbooking because I don't wait until the last minute to reserve a day nor have I been told he hasnt recieved my check, probably because I paid him long before the party date, hmm what a concept!

I love funtastics, and would go there for my birthday parties if my wife would let me!

I can't believe how unbelievably rude and unprofessional the owner of this place is. We booked a party for our boys birthday, and there was not one employee there the entire time to help out. When we arrived, we all waited in the lobby thinking someone would come out to tell us where to go, where to put our gifts and cake, but no one came out. So eventually the party before us comes out of the play area, about 10 minutes late. When still no one came to help us, we went back to the play area ourselves, about 15 late. 45 minutes later, a man shows up, who turns out to be the owner. He tells us we have to get out of the play area, and we tried to explain to him that the party before us left late, and we lost about 15 minutes in the play area. Although we were the last party, he told us he didnt care and to get out. He was completely rude, and while we were still trying to talk to him, he turns his back and just walks off, completely ignoring us. So we gave up and went upstairs to the party room to, while the owner ignored us until we left. It was a horrible experience and I would NEVER even attend a party given there again.

YES, my child wanted a party there. YES, we thought we had a spot for a Saturday afternoon. But when we called to make sure. He said that he didn't get the money so he booked another party in that time slot. We were not happy about this and booked another party. Then, we found out by other sources that he OVERBOOKED FOR THAT TIME SLOT, and he didn't tell us. We asked for another day and a discount because of his overbooking. But he said "NO DEALS, YOU WANT IT, YOU PAY! IF NOT, I ALWAYS GET SOMEONE ELSE". How selfish and egotistical can one person be! On top of that, we've been there before and there IS NO ONE THERE TO MONITOR THE PARTIES OR THE BUILDING. WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF A KID GETS HURT. THIS GUY WOULD SAY ITS NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY. YOU TAKE YOUR OWN KID TO THE HOSPITAL. AND HURRY UP I GOT ANOTHER PARTY COMMING IN. Must be nice to rake in the money with no overhead to pay. I will never take my business there ever again and other people that I've talked to won't either. I give it a two thumbs down because of the guy that owns it.
