User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsVery helpful staff. Helped me select a vehicle in my price range. I have put over 100k miles on this vehicle (wich was a used vehicle) and have had to do absolutely no repairs other than regular maintenence.
User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsService Department: I have taken my Dodge Intrepid to Parks twice for the same problem. The service manager does not listen to what you are saying. The technicians do not resolve the problem, but the accounting department sure collects the charge.
