User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWhen I walked in I knew I had found something good. The walls are covered with ribbons and awards. But the real prize is behind the counter...The best bbq I've tasted.
I have to agree with David's comments. They do not hide their taste with sauce.
I had the pork shoulder. Very moist and flavorful. The best.
Then tried the brisket. Better than "The best"!
Damn!!!! The only negative is that it's 628 miles from my home in Louisiana.
If you're traveling and within 100 miles of Wichita, make a detour to Pig In Pig Out. Simply the best!-
