Not Bad, Not Great due to Service bad "Sports" Bar: Nice location although a pain in the rear to find the entrance off of Webb.
My main complaint and I'm not picky - the service was bad!! We reserved 7 rooms together on the conceirge floor. We ended up with rooms on 5 different floors! They apparently have 4 different 'concierge' floors. One coulple in our party was moved to our floor and they didn't tell them! My mother walked in on a man in his underwear!!! (the front desk didn't apologize).

Another annoying problem - the first night we came in the 'sports bar' at 7pm on a friday, the first thing the waitress said was "Hello, you know your kids have to be out of here by 9". We were the ONLY people in the entire bar!! All of our food was terrible too - go to Old Chicago down the street.
The next night we went at 8 to watch the biggest Jayhawk game of the year. Not only did they not have audio to the game, the dancing DJ was absolutely BLARING songs like Baby Got Back and the YMCA - Not ONE person was dancing we couldn't hear enough to talk to one another. They were having 'shot' specials too. The average age in the bar was about 40. Maybe they should have catered to the teen keg party out in the parking lot. This is a hotel and a freakin 'sports bar' people! The bar was also extremely smoky - get with the rest of the country Wichita - NO SMOKING! Too bad that for the biggest Basketball game of the year for Kansas we ended up all on a bed in my room.

Also, beware - your waiter and waitress at breakfast are obsessed with getting your ticket and room number correct more than any service. They also charged a mandatory 18% gratuity (not included in our stay) even though it's a freakin Buffet!

The pluses - the rooms were nice (although carpets needed serious replacement in all floors). Nice lobby, pool area.
